Mr. Van Beers began his career in education as a Special Education teacher in the Francis Howell School District at Central Elementary in St. Charles.  He moved to the Lindbergh School District in South County where he became the Special School District Liaison, a position he held for three years before joining the Pattonville School District as Assistant Principal in 2003.  He was named the Principal of Drummond Elementary in 2006.  Mr. Van Beers promotes a safe and fun learning environment where all children can achieve.

Robert "Bo" Ricker is assistant principal at Drummond Elementary School. Ricker served as an administrative intern at John Weldon Elementary School in the Francis Howell School District before coming to Pattonville and previously served as an elementary teacher. He holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University and a master's degree in educational administration from Lindenwood University.
